Bell Tent Glamping 2021

Following the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have taken the following steps to ensure a safe stay with us:

-all glamping tents hired from us will be fogged and sanitised between stays

-stricter cleaning regimes have been introduced with toilets and showers also.

-distance between glamping tents has been maximised and overall pitches have been reduced to make it safer distancing for our guests

What additional measures have you put in place due to COVID-19?

We have recently been given the “good to go” accreditation from Visit England. The whole site has been risk assessed and procedures, signage, hand sanitiser and hand washing points have been located across the farm. All accommodation and communal areas will be fogged using a proven machine on a regular basis and between stays.

Can I bring a dog camping?

Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs camping. Dogs are only permitted on day visits to our Estate Walk.

What facilities are available with Bell Tents?

Bell tents are furnished inside with 6 comfy memory foam mattresses, rug, mirror, bunting, solar fairy lights, colourful cushions, low table and battery lamp.

What else should I bring along?

Bedding is not included due to Covid-19 restrictions so you will need to bring pillows, sleeping bags or duvets. Outdoor camping chairs would be beneficial. Any food requirements, cooler box and ice pack would also be useful. You can bring professional camping stoves and bbq’s raised off the ground to cook.

Can we have a firepit?

Yes we have suitable firepits available to hire at the time of booking. These include a pack of logs and kindling. More logs can be purchased from our onsite camping shop.

What else is going on at the farm?

The farm attraction is partly closed due to Covid-19 restrictions but our coffee shop “Espresso Farm” is open daily from 10am to 3pm. We also have a camping shop onsite selling camping essentials. We have an estate walk which is free to people staying.  You will be able to see some animals on the farm and our outdoor playgrounds will be accessible.

Where are the toilets, showers and wash up sink?

These are open 24 hours and are located a short walk away up at the farm.

Have you got any electric points?

Yes we have a room available to campers to charge phones & accessories etc.

What time can I arrive and what time do I need to check out?

For glamping, arrival is from 3pm and checkout is required by 10am on day of departure.

How spaced out are the bell tents and camping pitches?

We are very aware of peoples concerns with regard to Covid-19 so we have ensured that all pitches are at least 15m apart.

You have a private ensuite gas shower and toilet with loo roll supplied located behind your bell tent.

Outside the bell tent you will find a picnic bench, parasol, A firepit with logs, kindling, firelighter and matches. Extra fire bowl supplies can be purchased from the onsite shop
