What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed an Umberslade DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply take a screenshot on your mobile device so we can scan the barcode on arrival.

I don’t have a printer?

Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the entrance.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds

What time should I arrive?

Umberslade Farm Park opens at 10am. During winter months (Nov-Mar) the farm closes at 4pm (last entry 3pm) and during summer months (Apr-Oct) the farm closes at 5pm (last entry 4pm)

Is Car Parking available?

Yes we have parking but you must register your number plate on tablet at the playbarn or coffee shop.

Can I make a School or Group booking?

Can I use my Umberslade DigiTicket for a birthday party admission?

No, A Umberslade DigiTicket is not valid with a birthday party booking.

Is there wheelchair access?

Some of the ground around Umberslade is uneven but can be accessed by wheelchair with care.

What facilities do you offer?

Hand wash stations are located around the farm for washing hands following contact with animals and before eating and drinking.

Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities

On -site café serving hot and cold food and drink

Gift shop

Picnic benches are available around Umberslade with a limited indoor area too

You should contact a member of staff in the case of requiring first aid.

Can I buy multi entry tickets in the same booking for use on different days?

No. The booking reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference – you can't split up the ticket to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
