On completion of your order, you will be emailed an Umberslade DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply take a screenshot on your mobile device so we can scan the barcode on arrival.
Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the entrance.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds
Umberslade Farm Park opens at 10am. During winter months (Nov-Mar) the farm closes at 4pm (last entry 3pm) and during summer months (Apr-Oct) the farm closes at 5pm (last entry 4pm)
Yes we have parking but you must register your number plate on tablet at the playbarn or coffee shop.

No, A Umberslade DigiTicket is not valid with a birthday party booking.
Some of the ground around Umberslade is uneven but can be accessed by wheelchair with care.

No. The booking reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference – you can't split up the ticket to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
